Probably been answered a hundred times and so I apologize in advance but is the damage persistent in campaign mode? If I start taking down a SAM battery can I expect it to stay out of follow up missions? Thanks!

Amazing damage model... Compared to my last experiences in sims this sim is a dream. Amazing feeling of flight Amazing damage model love the way the A-10 yaws when I manage to get an engine shot out...which I manage to do quite a lot...usually right before I lawndart. Amazing AI...guns only and the AI is using the sun to keep me at bay. I suspect I won't have to complain about unrealistic missile modeling these days which will make everything that much more fun. Course we are still stuck with the itsy bitsy planes...hehehe. Jus kidding Wags.

hehehe.... yea long time ago when I could actually fly these things...sorta pitiful these days. I think I might change my callsign to lawndart.

Wow the sim is amazing! The models are beautiful, the flight models amazing and sheesh it is just so cool to see how far sims have come since Su-27 Flanker...I remember wondering how long it would be before we could see genuine curves in our planes and we now have the answer. Sexy curves everywhere you look...hehe. Question does the Maverick not allow you to lock onto neutral or friendlies? Set up a mission to learn how to use the system and could not get it to lock onto Tankers. Probably operator error but I did manage to lock up some Russian Tanks. Can you reload weapons if you land at a friendly base? Thanks a bunch for any help.

Back flying after an extended, don't remember how long, period away from sims and wow is this sim great! Fun stuff. Flying the A-10 and F-15 the most but will be making my way back into my lovely Pink Flanker soonest. PAPADOC Pink Flamingo
