All, after much trial and error, I got it working again by uninstalling the whole program, disabling anti-virus, and reinstalling (from the disk), then restarting (with antivirus still disabled) and then enabling it again. This seems to solve the problems with windows 7. Thanks for the help.

My windows 7 box updated and proceeded to crash out stand alone a-10C. I uninstalled the program, defragged and when I attempt to reinstall I get the following: C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS A-10C\bin\weather.dll An error occurred while trying to rename a file in the destination directory: MoveFile failed; code 2. The system cannot find the file specified. any assistance is appreciated.
