GTX 650 TI 1.0GB AMD Phenom II X4 840T Processor 2.90GHz 10gb Ram :P I've tried on 1,2,3 and they all don't work

My setting is on 1

Is this intentional or am I experiencing a glitch?

I've had this problem since about DCS World 1.2.7 (I believe this is when it started) and I have no idea what caused it. I've gone through quite a bit of my settings, yet nothing has resolved. tl;dr Ground-lights from aircraft nose gear do not appear.

So.... go with a EVGA GeForce GTX 650 Ti?

Forget the CPU, Would the EVGA GeForce GTX 650 Ti work as well as the GTX 560?

I guess I should wait it out then? I generally don't want to go buying $300 graphics cards and CPUs if I'm not even sure what I am doing. Thanks for the help guys.

Would an I5 CPU be enough, my current job doesn't really pay me too much...

What would be the most "Effective" I guess. And what are some cheap, yet decent options?

To even play DCS World, I have to have all my settings on the bare minimum, and it still doesn't even get over 15 frames. In the air, I get about 9, on the ground, around 12. It is almost unplayable. I thought adding ram would help, so I installed more ram, yet it is still just as bad. Computer Specs: Processor: AMD Phenom X4 840T Processor 2.90GHZ RAM: 10GB Graphics: ATI Radeon HD 4200 I have no idea what else to do. Should I buy a new processor or graphics card?
