I was wondering after playing the first mission, how do you use the support trucks. ie: Transport trucks: Do they just drive around with the art with no funtion? Fuel Truck: Do you drive them next to another vehicle to allow that vehicle to receive fuel? How do they get fuel to other vehicles or is just for show? RU Smerch Rocket Vehicle: I notice that the rockets fire 2 min in. After all rockets unload does the smerch reload or once they fired their rockets they have no more left? Thanks

Question on the TrackIR. How do you see when you turn to see behind you? Isnt the Track IR on your head? So when you turn around to look behind you how do you see the screen that is in front of you? Same goes for looking to each side. If I turn my head all the way to the right i have to turn my eyes to look back at the computer screen in front of me. Unless i'm missing something.

Hi Fellas bought A-10C. Did the tutorial and had no issues to learn to fly the plane. The problem i'm having is when i go to start a mission I'm in the cockpit but for some reason i can't look around in my cockpit. I have the yellow "crosshair" i can move that around but i can't have my view move around like i was able to do when i did the tutorial. Is there a hotkey i should be hitting? Now i know my first laptop, the Toshiba satellite, "pause/break" button didn't work with this game. I'm thinking my laptops might be effecting the game. Thanks

Figured out the problem. The game does not work with my laptop. I know this because i repurchase the game on my other laptop and now it works fine on that computer. Thanks for the help anyway fellas

Ok I notice the clock in the top right hand corner is stopped and when i go and press the "Pause" button on my keyboard the clock stays in stop mode with the flashing "P" next to the time.

Thanks, the more complex the better i like it. I like game like "War in The Pacific AE", "Command Modern Air/Navy". "Cliff over Dover" So i like that this game gives me that. It just that i couldn't find the manual for Combined Arms for DCS. If i did i would be reading it. Thanks for the info.

When i get home tonight from work i will check to see if the game is in "pause". I kind of felt like i had to hit some sort of start button. I have been woking off of no manual for this game, just off of youtube videos. Thanks for the help fellas. I really want to get into all the games of DCS. I also want to learn how to fly the planes as well. btw, what joystick is best for DSC World?

Here are my steps and i know i'm doing something wrong. 1. I left click on my unit. 2. I click on the "Set Path" buttom at the bottom of screen. 3. I left click on the map all my set paths. 4. I then right click to clear which it will then show my unit with a yellow path line to a red flag. My unit would now just stand there and not move. I notice on youtube videos the units move right away. I know there is something i'm not doing right. I hope this explains it much clearer. Thanks

That is eactly what i did and they never moved. My installed must be bugged then.

no one has any idea what the problem could be? Is it Steam? Should i buy the game directly from DCS?. It's a good thing i didn't buy all the DLC like i wanted to. i would have thrown $400 down the drain.

Hey fellas, just bought the DLC today and i'm a little lost. I went into the mission folder a loaded up one of the missions. The problem i'm having is that my units are not moving nor firing. I set my tanks on a path and they don't move. I set my art to fire on target and nothing happens. Is there a "start" button to hit so my units will move and fire? Also is there a tutorial that comes with the DLC? I don't know how to get back to the map after i get into JFO/JTAC view. I bought it on "Steam" Thanks
