Hello, everyone here is talking about the pilot legend Robin Old, but I want to introduce you to an Iranian pilot who, unfortunately, many people do not know him, Colonel Mahmoud Eskandari, I want to tell you some of his feats in The Iran- Iraq war  Sep 1980 , the Iraqi army built a bridge over the Arvand river so that it could be crossed and captured the city of Khorramshahr and the city of Abadan and its huge oil refinery. The problem of recapturing these cities for the Iranians was this bridge that no commando and no pilot could blow it up, but the pilot colonel Eskandari was able to The explosion of that bridge caused the city of Khorramshahr to be freed and 19,000 Iraqi prisoners were captured by Iran. In another incident, Colonel Eskandari and 7 other Phantoms crossed the common border of Turkey and Iraq with three aerial refuelings below 500 feet by 747

    747 planes had secretly exited the international route at a very low altitude
     This clever plan made the Iraqis mistake the  Iranian phantoms with  Turkish planes
    And at the same time, for distraction, two F-5 attacked the Iraqi Kirkuk refinery so that the Iraqi radars would notice them and the Phantoms reached the H3 bases and destroyed dozens of planes.

    This is the longest and largest air attack by Phantoms in the world.

    In another mission, the Phantom was damaged in this operation and landed in Syria without any missiles or weapons, right in the middle of Iraq fly and come from Syria to Iran, and no MiG 23 and MiG 21 could defeat them.
     I hope my good friends here will search the internet about the attack on Air Base H3, unfortunately there are many pilots in the world who are great legends, but the advertisement is only for Robin Old  as if the only legend and phantom pilot is Robin Old.


    While thanking ED     and   Heatblur , I hope this delay in the F-4 project will end as soon as possible, and also the map of the Persian Gulf will be more complete and larger, and the complete map of Iraq and Vietnam will be prepared sooner.     My cousin wants to buy  and bring it to to me by himself  (  by plane )   would u  plz  someone   tell me  what is the   *****  weight  and  dimension   ****of the complete of  this package ?

For the Mk-82's and other bombs the box should be green indicating that it is ready to drop and will only turn white when the bomb is in the process of coming off the rack. When there is a solid white box with bombs it means that that station is selected but there is no more ordinance on that rack.

     

    I don't think this is in the manual and this is just my guess, but i believe that the box turns white when you release a bomb on a rack with multiple bombs on that rack. It changes color because the aircrafts system is switching to the next bomb on the rack until there is no more ordinance left

    Hi   thanks for your help about  AGM-65 you are right at the first the box is white and after lock it will be green  but about MK-82  ( master arm is arm ) u have 3 bomb on rack  . when u select that box   some times the box is white  and some times  is green .

     

     I don,t know why ?

     I studied  both A-10 C   and A-10 C 2  page 529 -531  but I cant find my answer  would u explain . master Arm is on but the box for MK-82 some times is white some times  is Green and I can drop in both situation .    I,m not talking about the box in middle of MFCD  WPNS OFF  Green  or White .

    I'm still in the learning process of this aircraft   A-10 C , and there's one thing that's bugging me.

    when I want to Use for example  MK-82    or    AGM-65      or  etc    -----  Master Arm is ON  ------  and  I can see   CCIP  on HUD and  CCIP  MK-82 SGL N/T ( for example )    in Green Color  In the Center of the MFCD some times when I select  for example MK-82  the Box  is green   and some times  is  white   but in both situation and Both  white or green  Color  I can Drop the bomb or  Fire the  AGM-65  Or etc .

    So  what,s  difference between when the box  is green and when the box is white color ???? 

    I really appreciate your help

  6. Hi and sorry for my english

     

     

    All the time my plane bank to the left and I can,t trim it so I try to zoom on the wing view and see what happend for the trim part

     

    when u try to trim just the left Aileron trim tab moving and never u can move the right aileron trim tab on the right wing ...am I wrong ??? Is this a bug ? would u plz test this point and zoom on the left and right wings .

    As u can see in pictures there are 2 Key,s ( CAGE/SEAM button ) and the PAL (Pilot Automatic Lockon Mode ) on the throttle .......

    but in cockpit u can,t see those .

    Is this a bug ? or both of them do the same action for lock the target ?

    F-5 tiger is not bad but .....never ...never can trim this wild horse .

    All the time u go up and then u go down

    Trim it up so after 1 or 2 click you start to go up so u have to click it down after 1 or 2 click u start to go down then again and again and again .

     

    Think about when u are in a dog fight exactly the same as when u have hiccup :))

     

     

    of course this is my opinion may be i,m wrong

     

    I have X-52 PRO Saitek

     

    I like this bird but really i don,t no what i can do with this problem .

  10. Hi tom and thanks for your answer but plz check with your PC u can turn right or left with mouse and change your aiming point ..... before the target or after the target because you aim upper or down the target so we need to know turn right or left

     

    and again sorry for my english i dont know why we have 2 direction for this knob and when we use turn right and when we use tern left ???

    when you want to do Air -To - Ground Rockets or bomb u have to tune gunsight depression knob to 10 - 14 for Rockets and 79 - 80 for bomb ( DCS Guide F-5 Tiger By Chuck ) but .... which direction left or right ???

     

    if u turn to right u can find 14 and if u turn to the left again :cry: u can find 14 ( for Example )

     

    but the gunsight go up or down and confusing me in aim the target some times I hit after the target and if I turn the knob to other sight I hit before the target ...

     

     

    plz help me to do the right thing and right turn :cry:

  12. That should be in reference to the Combat Air Patrol (CAP) - could also be a High-CAP (higher altitude). CAP is used to take enemy air and provide a safety margin for the mud-movers. Once all enemy fighters are destroyed and are in-check it is considered Air Supremacy- F-15C’s and F-22A’s hold that primary role.:thumbup:

     

     

    Thanks and sorry for my english ---- I think it must be some thing like body gaurd for VIP who fly whit civil air plane for example VIP person fly with C-130 and wants go to other base and for example one or 2 ---- F-14 or F-4 fly with him and take care ( In IRAN I read in memorabilia of a few pilots in war )

  13. Hi my friends and sorry for my english

     

    in FSX when u want to adjust the instrument for ILS u must have frequency and course but in DCS when u look on the map for the airport ( base ) just u can see the frequency for ILS and there is no number for the course .

     

    so how i can find what,s the course and then adjust my course on the course selector indicator ?

     

    And the other thing that i,m not sure is...... in fsx u can see the number of the runway from the sky but in DCS I can,t see the number so i,m not sure this is the right run way that i have to use for landing or wrong ?

    If I have strait of Hormuz Map can I fly and Land on some south part of IRAN ..... kish island «Khark island ..... Bandar abbas Base ..... Booshehr Base or ...... ????? As u know we had a long war on this part of my country and it would be remind memorabilia for me .
