I can't because FC3 can't see DCS World and therefore won't install even if I try to install to the steam apps common folder

Hi I've just bought FC3 from the DCS store but it needs DCS World. My DCS World is in my steam folder. Can I combine these or do I have to install another DCS World outside of steam? I'm not very PC savy so any advice would be very wecome

I use the stand alone Black Shark 1.0.1. I use the X45 with an inverted throttle to simulate the collective. I set this to non-inverted (check box) and this solved my problem with the A10.:huh: Works well now:)

yes I am sure. The curve treatment above is tricky on landing though same problem as here http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=61022 No solution from the looks of that post 'though

Sorry, typo. I meant bugged. Yes I tried all of those combinations. The invert gives me a mirror image of the linear curve (line). ie, the throttle is still decreasing when pushing controller throttle forward.

Many thanks nr1jc. That works as long as I don't let the throttle reach its extreme ends. At least I can play. I understand this has been a problem for some time. I would have thought there would have been a fix by now though?

Hi I've tried searching for an answer to this and the only relevant post I found left the answer unresolved. I'm using a 64-bit machine and trying to set up my Saitek X45. My throttle comes out as inverted and checking the "invert" box in the set-up is bogged. Has there been any work around for this? I think there must be as because I can see others are using the X45. X45 works fine in Black Shark but I think that BS is 34-bit. I've tried lots of things but just end up disappointed :cry:.
