  1. In the mig-15 engine description it says, "Short-term engine overspeeding and overheating is possible with aggressive throttle control". Has anyone figured the specifics on how to make this happen? Cant get any overheating with the f-86 either and it says the same thing.
  2. I LOVE dcs world and own all aircraft available and will continue to do so. One gripe I have with the game is with every aircraft it seems like either the engine is good and running or its dead. with exception of su-25 which will lose a little power when the engines are shot. But when they shut down they will not restart. I wish there was different ways the engines failed, either from over abuse or battle damage. I want to be able to nurse the engine back. I'm one of those guys who likes to see how much things can take and push everything to the limit. Please chime in if there's anyone else like me...
  3. Got it working! I uninstalled dcs world and reinstalled it and did the update. But I was thinking maybe restoring your computer to the day before and than retrying the update may work?? And I would like to say the wing flexing when at max speed is such a cool detail!! great work guys! what kind of engine governor does the sabre have? I remember in il 1946 it was possible to overheat engine. is that not realistic?
  4. looks to have updated to 1.29 but when I open game still says 1.28. when I try to update again it acts like its up to date.
