Often when I spawn in a F-4E parked on the ramp there is an odd rustling/wind sound that plays then cuts off repeatedly in the cockpit. I've especially noticed this while starting at the ramp using parking spots 63-69 at Incirlik. These parking spots slope downward slightly compared to other spots which might seem to aggravate the issue. There is also a possibility that wind from the mission weather might have something to do with this in conjunction with the particular parking spots. Additionally, the aircraft seems to ever so slightly jitter/shake when it happens.
