Is there a way to manually install a mod without any external programs(like ModMan)??

Hi everyone, I am new here, got a question about selecting payload. I know that to select payload all I need to do is to press F7+F1 and select, but I have found that a plane(e.g. Su-25T) has more than 10 payloads available but I CANNOT select those additional payloads in-game. Been trying to get those :( Anyone know how to select those? Teach me please.
