Perhaps the ATC could trigger a little man who starts frantically waving at you when you get near and helps you park. That would be awesome.. Isn't Heatblur working on animated carrier guys? Perhaps some of their work could be put to use on regular airbases.

Sure, if it's economically sound to do so, I'd like to have some variety added. And I don't care if training starts with 'good morning pilot' or whatever. To be honest they could be calling me names and I wouldn't notice it over me hammering spacebar to skip to the introduction anyway so I couldn't tell you how they start now if you held a gun to my head and told me to.
As DCS continues to grow and be fleshed out, this would be a nice addition.

It won't be on top of my 'instant buy' list, but on the other hand I may end up buying it anyway like I probably will the yak-52.
But that hype though. Maaaaan was I pumped up. Then deflated little by little >.> And then just popped. What a teaseweek.

That was mentioned in the patch notes as a known issue :)
They will probably fix it soon (hopefully).

I have been flying with the European TAW DCS guys for some months now and it has been a blast. Great people, good fun/serious balance and sunday events where anywhere between 30 and 50 people fly together. I'd love to have some more Su-25T guys flying with us! We sure could use 'em :)

Have a 20cm extension from Sahaj and I'm loving it. The hotas covers are wonderful too. Great service overall.

Me and my buddies are having a blast in the Gazelle. Would love to see the new stuff, but that will come when the time comes. Like Flappie said, I'm just hoping the whole thing doesn't collapse in so let's give them some breathing space.

You can run the standalone through steam and get the overlay and everything. You can add external shortcuts in your library
