I just applied for TAW, I will wait to see if they will accept my appliance.

Currently I can fly at least two or three evenings per week, I don't have any special preference about historical timeframe as long as I start to play and I do have a Speedlink Black Widow Flightstick only, without TrackIR. I also have TeamSpeak 3 client installed on my PC and I have used it before.

Hello, gentlemen! I am a Romanian novice player (speaking English only as a foreign language) and in order to improve my skills playing the four modules I own at the moment (Flaming Cliffs 3, Ka-50 Black Shark 2, Combined Arms and Fw 190 D-9 Dora), I would be interested to join a Europe based multiplayer group. Therefore, any suggestion will be appreciated, thank you in advance!

Black Shark 2 and FLaming Cliffs 2 activation/deactivation
Gunnodayak replied to Gunnodayak's topic in DCS: Ka-50 Black Shark
Thank you, I've used the registry tools found here: https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/faq/activation_wiki/ but with the "cost" of one activation for each module. The solution was offered to me in a quick manner by DCS support (more precisely, a nice guy called Andrey from Eagle Dynamics IT Team) after I've send them a ticket describing my problem. Now the problem is solved. Thank you both (Godzila & BitMaster) for your feedback! -
Hello! I will begin by saying that I own one legit copy of Black Shark 2 and one legit copy of Flaming Cliffs 3. Around two hours ago I've bought myself a new processor for my PC, I've assembled it in my computer, I've started the DCS World, and when I've tried to play a mission, I've received an error message about new hardware to my computer. I've tried to "reactivate" the game, but with no success. I receive these messages, for Flaming Cliffs 3: After hitting "Next" and "OK" as required, this sequence of three messages repeats three times and then, in a similar fashion for Black Shark 2 I receive the following: This sequence of three messages also repeats three times. Then the game finally starts, but it's unplayable, I cannot take control of the helicopter: I've also generated two error reports (one for each game "activation" error), but before sending them to DCS, did any of you encountered a similar situation after some hardware upgrade? Because I want to solve this issue without moving out the new processor, putting back the old one, "deactivate" the game" and then put the new one in and "activate" again. Doing all these without having a guarantee that this will solve my issue. It's damn frustrating, I am starting to hate this "activation"/"deactivation" system, which prevents me now from playing, although I've bought both games. Thank you in advance for any info!

Gentlemen, the problem was solved only after uninstalling the DCS World and Ka-50 module and then re-installing with the latest versions for both (1.2.11.34087.547-360): The starting view position of the aircraft after finishing loading is also OK now: Before: After: I was also not being asked about the serial number after re-installation ... weird, but it's OK, I hope I didn't spent one "Activation/Deactivation" slot with that. :) Thank you for your suggestions! I wish you all a good day!

@flankerOne: I haven't found those files you were talking about, so I've uninstalled the game, although I've tried to avoid this. Why? Simply because of the "Activation/Deactivation" system ("Deactivation" which I haven't managed to do anyways, the things stated in the Ka-50 manual don't exist in the "field" when trying to deactivate the product). Now I am downloading the latest versions of DCS World and Ka-50 via BitTorrent and then I will re-install the product and see if the game is functional again.

Hello, gentlemen! I am a beginner player of one of the DCS modules (I own a legit version of Ka-50 Black Shark 2) and I've encountered a serious problem recently: I haven't started Ka-50 game a few weeks before until yesterday, when I was prompted to make an update for DCS World to the latest version (according to the DCS updater 64bit the version is 1.2.11.34087.547), which I did, but strangely enough, in the game it is stated something different (1.2.10.32582): Anyway, when I've entered into the game (Insant action), I've noticed a big problem. Suddenly I wasn't able to take control of the helicopter, only the mouse, a few "F" and "Escape" keys were responding to my commands, and the joystick was also completely "dead". After that, I've exited the mission and I've tried to do the same with the SU25T and TF51D aricrafts and they were working perfectly fine, which is damn strange. In the attached screenshots it can be seen that even the starting view position of the aircraft is different after the game has finished loading the mission: I've restarted the PC a few times, I've unplugged and plugged back in the keyboard and joystick but with no success. It may be just a coincidence or not, but this problem appeared after making the update of DCS World. So, any help that can help me solve this issue would be greatly appreciated!
