  1. I have sent an e-mail to webmaster@lockon.ru asking him about my particular situation and after several days I recieved a response which said my problem was solved. Went to my dl page and my game was there :D Don't forget to include your name under which you have registered on site, transaction nr you recieved via e-mail and just be patient :)

  3. np, I'll be patient :) Only problem is I used my friend's card and now he asks me what should he do - block transaction or let it pass... :( At least my clanmates can try to get FC during the time I wait, lol
  4. nothing...finished buying, it went into authorising and then wham - just empty space where my purchase info and serial nuber should be :S I got mail from protx with my transaction number but it says that I haven't bought anything in my "payments" section of lockon.co.uk :S I guess the website didn't register my payment but protx did...All I want is to play the game I bought... Hope somebody sorts this mess soon :( :helpsmilie:

  6. bought the flaming cliffs and recieved protx mail with my reference number. Only thing is - I didn't have any screens with download links like it was pictured in payment FAQs. I just recieved a screen with usual site borders and stuff, but no content inside. Could it be a browser problem because I am using old firefox 1.5? Also, when I log into my account, it says that I have not paid for anything?! Please note - I have used my friend's credit card since I don't own one, could that be a problem too and should I include him in conversation with admins?
