Okay, as I have been told many if not all people have had this problem fixed. When try to connect online in any fashion it says invalid username/password or can't connect to master. The error number is 503. I have done all the things tech support has told me to do, flush DNS, change DNS, stop antivirus and firewall. I have tried to ping, tracert and other things yet I get unable to resolve host name. All my other games work fine online, I can connect to here so clearly my ISP is not blocking me from getting here. Allof my problems originated after the first update from 1.2.10.30996. I am very frustrated as like most of you I have put a lot of money into this sim. Any help would be appreciated. I have cleaned my registry, deleted folders/renamed them. Uninstalled and reinstalled. I have done everything I have seen in other forum posts and nothing has worked. :dunno:
