Hi, I was trying to get a joystick to use for this sim. I have used several sims before but its been a long time. A friend of mine is about to give me his spare. Does anyone know of a document or reference online I can use to help me? Or someone who can walk me through it via teamspeak or email

Yea i found that same one i linked for $18 that is why i was interested in it. I am in illinois. the lack of buttons is ok since I am pretty good switching from the mouse, to keyboard, to joystick and so on. I just need the important most used features. then i can reach to the keyboard for the less common controls

Yeah my budget for a joystick is very low at the moment. I've played several sims before so I know they are very key needy. I found joysticks themselves with a ton of buttons but no thrust controller. I was trying to find a combo set joystick and thrust for under $40 Difficult to get used to is fine, i just need one that is capable for combat

I was wondering if this joystick setup will work well enough with DCS to play online. Here is a link to one.
