  1. Yup they do... I don't mind that though because it doesn't really affect the players game... Also I think IRL a real pilot could land at any airbase, even an enemy one as long as nothing shot him down first so I guess it is up to the mission designer to have adequate frontline air defenses right?
  2. Thanks for the advice konkussion. I can and do navigate fine, the reason I was trying to make a work around was to prevent players in multiplayer co-op missions from landing and reloading weapons and enemy air bases. At the moment I just place long, medium and short range air defenses to defend enemy bases (and friendly ones). But the other day a guy still managed to sneak through and land. Also sometimes I find AI planes running our of fuel land at the nearest enemy base rather than friendly ones. Then I read all the threads about placing vehicles, aircraft at bases to "set" them as red or blue... Oh well I guess there just isn't a work around.
  3. I know there have been posts on other forums about this but they don't work. Please someone help. When I create missions, the ATC/AWACS directs you to the closest airbase regardless of whether enemy ground forces or air forces are occupying the base. Is there a way to prevent this, its very annoying not to mention most unrealistic. I have tried the suggestion in the FC 1.1. manual of placing a ground unit in the airbase, and the combatace forum idea of placing a enemy aircraft in the base set to take off the next day, but none of these ideas seem to work.
