  1. Very interesting read! I love the 109, especially the Gustav (G-10).
  2. OK, it seems I can't get the SteamVR to work with my DCS (which not a Steam version). I have SteamVR running just fine (all green) but DCS doesn't detect the HMD. I have Elite Dangerous non-Steam version and the first thing I do is run SteamVR then I run Elite Dangerous which picks up the HMD and VR works great. I could really use your help! Thank you!
  3. I have HTC Vive since December 30 2016, and I have been playing Elite Dangerous in VR ever since. The VR experience it's so incredible (i7 6850K CPU, 64GB of RAM, 1080GTX) that playing DCS in 2D monitor just doesn't cut it anymore. As of today, I'm starting to learn how to pilot the Huey in VR, time to setup my Cougar HOTAS. Playing flight simulators, racing games and space sims like Elite Dangerous in VR is personal dream come true...I have been waiting for this moment my whole life!
  4. I'm a big 109 fan, I would be happy to pay $50 of each of the following: E-4 E-7 G-2 G-6 G-6/AS or G-14/AS G-10 (Erla with MG151/20) Getting G-10 would be the easiest version to get into DCS as its very similar to K-4 but uses MG151/20 and therefore it's lighter than K-4 and better suited for low to medium level dogfight. I personally love and prefer the G-10 as its almost as fast as K-4 but handles better than K-4 and uses MG151/20. S! I always enjoyed the old IL2, flying custom built campaign where I started with E-7 and finished with K-4. I would love to able to do the same thing in DCS one day :)
  5. I would love to see: G-10, G-14/AS (or G-6/AS), G-6/G-6 Late and G-2. Of course E-4/E-7 would be great too :)
  6. Thank You for sharing!
  7. I would love to see a G-10 and G-14/AS :)
  8. I agree, this is a big dream come true...finally I get to fly my #1 WW2 warbird! From my point of view, DCS is on its way to become the only worthy successor to the original IL2 from Oleg :) DCS still has a long way to go but I believe it has the potential and it's moving in the right direction to be my #1 WW2 flight sim! Cheers!
  9. I just quickly scanned the manual and found the following minor errors: Page 14, Figure 6 - it should say G-4 and not F-4 Page 15, Figure 7 - it should say G-4 and not F-4 Page 23, Figure 14 - it should say G-4 and not F-4 Here is the link the G-4 shown on the pictures on the pages I mentioned above: http://www.flugmuseum-messerschmitt.de/Feature-Area/Me109_IS_BACK/index.html Thank You Eagle Dynamics for releasing K-4!!!! I'm in 7th Heaven! Hopefully one day I will see G-10 as well :D Cheers! :)
