Hey,
Well, I've just downloaded the Su-27 (I don't have flaming cliffs, just the plane itself) and I've run into some issues:
1) When taxing, I need way too much throttle to simply get the plane moving, and then when I reduce the throttle (as it's way to much lol) the plane loses momentum like I cut the engines. Am I supposed to keep going up and down on throttle? In an F-15 it's a tiny bit of throttle to get the plane moving, and the speed is quite managable. No blown tires, neither. (Yeah, the tire thing is a known issue, so I'm glad it's being looked at :) )
2) When flying, should my speed exceed 600-700 or so the plane pulls up like a crazy auto pilot. I use Kb controls so maybe this is why, but I simply can't control the plane until I reduce air speed. Again, not an issue in the F-15. As a side note, at certain speeds the plane will auto straighten out, again like a crazy auto pilot lol. I don't think trim is the answer here -- unless it's just meant to handle this bad - or the F-15 is overly simplified?
Thanks in advance for any input. I'd love to have a good experience with the Su-27 as it's probably my favorite plane.
