I have the FSSB R3 Lighting plus the angle adapter. I mount it to my RSEAT S1 rig as detailed here: Before I bought my rig, I use the Monstertech table mount, and it's solid. No problem whatsoever.

My understanding is that for nvidia surround to work, you'll need 3 identical monitors. You may need to stick with AMD, but I'll let others chime in.

I have the buttkicker gamer 2, and it's great. The only complain i have is that the sound travels downstairs (i have wood floor), and into another room when i turn up the "volume" to high. I also pair this with SubPac to get more vibration on my back.

It also depends on how close you are from the TV. The closer you are, the more obvious the aliasing is. Also, don't forget to turn on game mode, or turn off any image processing done by the TV.

Have you thought about using ultrawide? I bought Dell u3415w, and it's great!
