Thanks Hadwell and all other forum Members, the solution was much simpler than the last posting by Hadwell. I run 'Hitman Pro Alert', as soon as I deleted it and restarted the computer the game ran with no problems. I now wonder if this was also blocking my attempts at adding new GPU's I will enquire with the software company. Thanks again everyone for your efforts and time.

Thanks, I did disable the Mcafee anti virus before installing. Regarding whitelisting, the Mcafee is not blocking the program if that is what you are implying.

Thanks for the reply, yes it is 64 bit, and the graphics card runs lock on and FC3 at the highest settings.
