  1. Greetings, probably I'm about to pose a very uncommon question. First of all I wish to make clear that I don't have idea IF and HOW it's possibile to do right now what I have in mind. My idea is the following: I fly an aircraft in DCS, using as usual my HOTAS and a normal widescreen monitor. At the same time, a second person wears a VR device (connected to another PC?), he/she is virtually sitting on my aircraft (at my place in the cockpit or at my side/behind me if the aircraft is a two-seater) and is free to look around as i fly the plane. Can it be done somehow or it's still sci-fi? Many thanks!
  2. In the flight guide, page 100, there is this statement: "With AIM-120 selected as the active weapon, press the [6] key to enter the Visual mode" In my case, it doesn't work. I've tried the quick F-15 mission, I entered the LRS mode ([2] key) and turned on the radar ( key). Then I selected one of the 120s ([d] key) and pressed the [6] key. Instead of entering the Visual mode, the Sidewinders were selected.
  3. Greetings, today I've tried to fire the AIM-120 in "visual mode" (6 key), but when I press that key the Sidewinders are automatically selected. If there are no Sidewinders left, by pressing the "6" key I simply deselect the AIM-120. The "flood mode" for the AIM-7 works correctly. Some suggestion? Thanks.
  4. Thanks for the answers, for now I wish to know if I'm the only one that have this problem, or you too see the horizont line with the water quality set to "low".
  5. The haze is already set to high. I know that the horizont in some conditions should be visible, but my horizont line is too crisp, and if I set the water quality to medium or better, it totally disappears (and the result is much more realistic imho). BTW in an overcast day, the line is visible only below the clouds.
  6. Greetings, today I've tried to set the water quality to "low", everything is fine but I noticed that at medium-high altitude the horizont isn't faded and an horizontal line is very visible (see the attached screenshot). Does anyone know if there's a solution, except choosing another setting for the water quality? Thanks.
  7. Greetings, I've tried to use the mouse to move the maverick sensor in the A-10 and the radar cursor in the F-15. So I assigned the radar slew to axis 0 and 1 of the mouse, and the MFD zoom to the axis 2. With the A-10, the mav sensor doesn't move (but the MFD zoom works). With the F-15, when I move the mouse, istead of the radar cursor I move the antenna elevation and the wideness of the horizontal scan. Note that if I assign the mouse axis to any other function (I've tried flight controls, TDS, external view) it works perfectly well. Some suggestion?
