From myself :D P.S. Personally, I do not want to fly any of the Third-generation jet fighter - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Third-generation_jet_fighter

GEN4 Warplanes List (Western and USSR) WIKI "Fourth-generation jet fighter is a general classification of jet fighters in service from approximately 1980 to present day, and represent design concepts of the 1970s." DCS World - ED and Third party DCS modules: F-14 Tomcat (Leatherneck Simulations) F-15 Eagle DCS: (ED) F/A-18 Hornet (ED) MiG-29 (ED) Mirage 2000 (RAZBAM) Su-27\30\33\35 (ED) Typhoon (VEAO Simulations) LS Developers choice: Tornado IDS/ICR/ADV (70% probability) JAS 39 Gripen (20% probability) - my dream :) F/A-18 Super Hornet (10% probability) F-16 Fighting Falcon (LS have to do better than BMS) MiG-31 (highly classified)

Viggen + TGP + MFD = Gripen

Thanks a lot for your work and high quality warplanes!

IMHO, to make "relaxed static stability" (RSS), LS will use "new or unique methods of propulsion or force distrubution" ))) BMS use HFFM (High Fidelity Flight Model) (1:25)
-
...Ground Mapping and Targeting Radar Complex missiles with Advanced Targeting Parameters Far more complex avionic and computer systems than in the MiG-21 New and unique PFM features and aerodynamic configurations New or unique methods of propulsion or force distribution... F-16C  F-16 Block 40/42's APG-68(V)1 model added full compatibility with Lockheed Martin Low-Altitude Navigation and Targeting Infra-Red for Night (LANTIRN) pods, and a high-PRF pulse-Doppler track mode to provide continuous-wave radar (CW) target illumination for semi-active radar-homing (SARH) missiles like the AIM-7 Sparrow. The F-16 was the first production fighter aircraft intentionally designed to be slightly aerodynamically unstable, also known as "relaxed static stability" (RSS), to improve maneuverability.

Thank you! Good answer. I hope SAAB will use the DCS for Gripen promotion and even finance developers. Why not? Now SAAB use YouTube to make Gripen promotion but DCS platform the best way to do this
-
In my opinion this cockpit not similar )))
-
2 Skjold What do you think about Saab JAS 39 ?
-
Tornado GR.4 and F-14D cockpits look almost the same
-
Well, I agree with you but still can not understand how to fly two-seater and bomb )))
-
A-6 Intruder one more two-seater warplane. IMHO, not the best way from marketing point. At least, better to make F-14D with LANTIRN as independent DCS module.

Saab JAS 39 Gripen (NG)
