  1. This solved the issue I was having. Thank you very much. Thought I was unable to use the F16 for a second there :)
  2. Hi, I was just booting up DCS to play a fast mission in the F16. However, I exprienced that all the waypoints I had set in the mission planner was subsequently overwritten by the default steerpoint (1) when I tried to manually change them. When on the ground before takeoff all waypoints are correct, but once I get in the air and shift through them, they all get overwritten one by one as I try to select them. I wanted to check before posting this as a bug. I've tried to restart the game etc, but it seems persistant. Is anyone else experiencing this or maybe I am doing something wrong?
  3. Hi. I am currently at work upgrading my PC for DCS 2.5 and at the moment I am looking into which processor that would be most suited for the new DCS. I know that the earlier versions of DCS mostly used the processor for everything. I.e. computing, calculations and graphics. But how important is the processor for DCS today with the new 2.5? I'm either going to purchase the i5 8600K or the i7 counterpart. But would the difference in price even make a significant bump in FPS or is the difference so insignificant that it wouldn't even matter? Thank you for the help!
  4. Lately after the recent updates I am experiencing a LOT of loss in airspeed when doing very simple and even semi gentle maneuvers or turns with the Mirage 2000C. It almost feels like I am flying with the FBW off. At the moment I can pull higher G turns in the F-15C and Su-27 and maintain better energy than the mirage used to be able to. Hopefully I am not the only one experiencing this?
  5. I hope ED comes through and allows a 'mini-update' since the M2000C is basicly unflyable in any pvp server now, unless you feel like crashing the entire game ofc. And also I hope Razbam have at least learned from this mistake of not double checking and doing every single internal test necessary. This bug is honestly a load of bs and shouldn't have had a chance to appear in the first place.
  6. I have found a solution to my issue. By pressing RShift+M I can cycle through the different radio messages that I would recieve, hence fixing the issue and the high blood preassure
  7. Hey guys. I just recently discovered the joy of flight sims and I'm eagerly trying to learn about the A-10A from the Flaming Cliffs 3 module I bought only a couple of days ago :pilotfly: For practising my skills at flying, landing, using weapons etc. I have downloaded the Reddit Training Map from https://www.reddit.com/r/hoggit Most of you probably already know this map and have used it before, so I'm hoping some of you might have a solution to my issue here, as I'm quite green in all this and haven't had success with my good friend google. When I start the mission and position my self on the ramp in my A-10A and power on the electronics I instantly get AWACS messages from allied AI pilots. This would be fine and dandy, but I get the messages constantly i.e. with only few seconds in between. The messages are for example: AWACS (Magic): Pontiac 1-1, Magic, BRA, 228 for 50, at 21000 cold. The next message, a few seconds later, could be the exact same but with a minor change. e.g. AWACS (Magic): Pontiac 1-1, Magic, BRA, 228 for 50, at 19000 cold. When you have to listen to this constantly with only a few seconds in between each, it becomes infuriating very quickly and I'm wondering if there's a way to somehow quite the AI with commands or something I can do to at least minimize the AWACS messages to a more reasonable level. I have tried to go into the gameplay settings to turn of radio chatter and other settings that would influence this, but with no success. So I'm hoping some of you may know a way to alter this as I hate playing DCS muted. :helpsmilie: Thank you in advance! PS: It might be worth mentioning that I have only, in my short DCS career, experinced this issue in this training map.
