Greetings,
I purchased the game in January through the online payment system. My first attemp at purchasing ended with a server error and I never received a confimation number, on the second attempt I used a different credit card and this time everything went through correctly and I recieved a confirmation number via the server. However, when I checked my email some time later I noticed I had 2 seperate confirmation numbers, one from each credit card. I only need one copy of the game how do I get a refund on the first order?
