Thanks guys! Ahh,, the GUI utility must not work with the Steam version?

First this will not run full screen on a monitor because it insist on only running in VR mode no matter which launcher I try. When in VR mode I cannot change any graphic settings because nothing moves or changes when I click on them. Having a very difficult time setting up my controls as well.
