  1. Hi ED, Would you consider adding options to change the George ROE colours? As a colorblind person, it is difficult to tell the difference between the two ROE options. The audio cue obviously helps when switching, but the visual is difficult... at least for me.
  2. well, my friend confirms he can see the listing in game, while I still cannot. Odd. Is this expected?
  3. I've decided to create a dedicated server in my mini data centre in my garage (several ESXi servers). DCS Server is all setup on a dedicated windows box, I can connect to it locally from DCS client and enter the active mission. In my DCS online profile I can see my server is present and available, I can also access the DCS server dashboard from my DCS profile page. It is showing the server and mission is running. If I review all available servers in the web portal, mine is listed. I don't see however my server listed in the DCS client multiplayer list in game. I have ports forwarded (10308) to my server and firewall exceptions added on the server. (although, if I weren't setup correctly, I wouldn't expect to see my server in the DCS server web portal) What other prerequisites are there to having your server listed in game?
  4. humm, this is a bit of a shame. Because my left and right monitors are a slightly lower resolution, I loose the ability to enter configuration which is unhelpfully where I can't see it in 'wide' 1 screen mode. I also loose my comms options in flight. I'll keep fiddling. Thanks all
  5. ok, found the default 3 Screen lua and copied it to my MonitorSetup folder so I could create my own version of it. Turns out viewDx and viewDy changes the position of the camera views and doesn't allow for orientation correct. Seems odd that the 3 camera view by default acts this way. (video below) [ame]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VIgm7kK-zgo[/ame] Is this just the way it is?
  6. Thanks for the replies. I'm not so bothered about the mis-alignment. It's the correct orientation of the horizon for the left and right camera view. I've found several posts now on the subject which mention editing the monitor configuration files. http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=98717 http://simhq.com/forum/ubbthreads.php/topics/3232380.html http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=60815 and most interesting : http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?p=1425549 It seems to centre on the viewDx and viewDy params...
  7. I decided to see what DCS was like in a 3 monitor set-up. I've had my 3 screens for a while but nether bother to try DCS in this mode until now. While it appears to work ok on the surface, I quickly noticed that the is a discrepancy on the horizon alignment between the monitors. There is also a noticeable line either side of the centre monitor which shows the start of this discrepancy. If you review the images attached, it should be quite obvious. Is this normal? is there anything I can do to correct this? Many Thanks
