I've already put in a support ticket (48189) however several people have informed me that their tickets took 2-3 weeks to get resolved and I feel this matter deserves to be expedited. As of right now I have made an order for the NTTR map (288838) and payed for it using an AMEX card through Paypal. The amount was withdrawn from the card (confirmed by AMEX) and payed for with Paypal (supported by a Paypal representative along with a corresponding receipt). Despite the amount being removed from the card and sent via Paypal to the fighter collection The order was marked as cancelled on their e-shop and no serial key was provided to me. I now stand here having payed for but not received the NTTR map unsure of what to do to resolve this. Is there anything to do on my end to fix this? Was it inappropriate to make a thread for this? How can this be prevented in the future? I would greatly appreciate support :)
