Hello, i did assign Num5 for centering view in VR to a button on my thrustmaster warthog. assigning does work but using this button in game does not work. always have to press num5 on keyboard :( did delete c :\Users\...\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\Config\Input and reassigned again, but did not help. Someone an Idea ? thanks a lot !

Oh sh**t, your right. Now i understand, never thought its coming from a sensor issue of the rift. Sensor was turned around by somebody who did clean the room (me). Thanks very much !!! works again.

Thanks for your replies :-) And sorry for late reply It's not about recentering VR, that works very well with Num 5, but unfortunately not on warthog hotas. It is just for some weeks, before it worked well. Now i cant move from the(now fixed) position , before I was able to move i.e. go near an instrument with oculus rift. I just can look around.

Hi there, i'm on DCS beta. Since some weeks the position of the head in VR is fixed to the Seat, can't move forward/backwards or sideways. Just rotate in the view - from Pilots headposition. So I can't go near an instrument, distance keeps always the same. Just to be sure I didn't aktivate a hokey by incident - I replaced the Users\...\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta folder with an old backup and problem still exsists. Is there a way to disable that , to have the ability to move my head freely in the cockpit in VR again ? Thanks a lot

thanks Hawkeye ! didn't work, a can't see other weapons. I now wrote a question post regarding it in upuauts thread https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=124251&highlight=hospital so others there may see the solve for the problem on the page of the mod itself. if happens to be solved i will post a link in this threat. thanks again !

Gazelle SA342M weapon mod Hi there, I do want to install the 2.5 Gazelle weapon mod to use smokepod. I did put the downloaded mod folders (with jsgme) as named in the DCS main directory . But nothing happens , how should it work ? How do i see it works ? ie. if i go to mission editor , after placing the SA342M i should be able to put other weapons (ie Hellfire, Smoke) where i normally can only select HOT3 ... and later just use them in gazelle like the HOT3 ? Is it like that ? thanks a lot for your help

Thanks a lot !!! The upuaut SA342M Weapon Mod: (MilanER, Maljutka, Hellfire, Smoke) mod seems promising. unfortunately i did not make it run... maybe i have to wait for an update from upuaut. Just to know how it should work: In the missioneditor i place a Gazelle M, then , in the section where you select weapons, (where is normally hot3 missiles only) i should be able to select smoke. Later on in Gazelle itself just aktivate missiles, press fire>>>done right ?

Hi there, i did see on youtube you can have aerobatic smoke for the Gazelle in DCS. how can you set it up (in mission editor ?) and how to activate in cockpit ? heeelp please :) thanks a lot

Hi There, flying DCS 1.5 with huey or gazelle using Oculus rift cv1 I have following problems: as soon I click cockpit controls the mouse cursor jumps out of the game window (so game controls are not active any more, as well) and starts applications on the desktop, taskbar . :mad: In vr settings the checkbox "cursor in spielefenster festsetzten" is aktive (germanDCS, should translated something like "keep cursor in gamewindow". Anybody having same issues, is there a solution ? :helpsmilie: Thanks a lot ! P.S: as well I'd love to know how to disable the popping up label windows for cockpit controls

thanks for your advices :) :thumbup: my old bad enegry settings (fps16) was powersafing mode with both of the new setting..balanced and hi performance i do have both around 55 fps.
