I've joined this forum to say I'm also having this problem. I've also noted that the triggers get recognized as the JOY_LEFT_TRIGGER and JOY_RIGHT_TRIGGER axes, but the thumbstick axes don't get recognized, and started a Steam forum thread at http://steamcommunity.com/app/223750/discussions/0/412448792350373660/ It's got to be a fairly recent change to DCS, because I was flying happily in the past couple of weeks.
