To me, sounds like a problem on your end. Even those I fly with who have lower-end systems only take a minute or two, maybe three to load in.
I would either running the Repair DCS utility or removing DCS and reinstalling it clean, with no mods. Also make sure your system's drivers are up to date.
I'm no expert so the log file isn't something I could look through. But these are the things I would do first if I was you. If those didn't work, I would back my system up and do a fresh installation of the operating system and reinstall everything.
