How do I update 1.5?

I haven't been able to bring up the module manager on 1.5. Its not on the main screen when I start up the game. The little boxes that should be there in the tool bar that lead you to the module manger, they are not there. Is there another way to activate the aircraft on 1.5 without going through the module manager?

So I downloaded the mirage but it only is available on the 2.0 version of dcs at nellis afb. Is there any way that I can open the plane on 1.5. I don't have the module manager anymore on the 1.5 version main screen. Its like when I downloaded 2.0 it moved the module manager over to that main screen. I wanted to play the mirage in the Caucasus region but I cant, I am unable to select it when I go to a server on the 1.5 version, but ive seen people flying the aircraft in that server. How do I fly the mirage in the Caucasus region? Can anyone help?
