Form the pilot's manual, this aircraft has engine automatic anti-blowout start system, so you don't need to turn on the air restart circuit breaker(i think you owned the same pilot manual-AIRCRAFT МиГ-21бис Pilot's flight operating instructions, see section 6 Para. 235) This feature is implemented in this module. Right after you fire the missiles, you can observe the engine start warning light is flickering, and you can hear the corresponding sounds of engine starter.
