I like the Frogfoot very much! I hope the DCS some day has a very high fidelity Su-25T simulation, so I can learn the avionics system better.

Just saw the last reply - I agree, Kh-25MPU or Kh-58 are the right choice!

Ah ha! I have figured it out; I forgot how to change weapons in true campaigns. I believe a little larger unguided rocket will work fine and still be a good challenge. Thanks for the help to my Russian friends - this simulator gives me great respect and interest for Russian aircraft and their pilots!

Weapons Yeah I am in the habit of adjusting my weapons loads in the A-10 for about every mission, but in this campaign I haven't figured out how. The "Add" button and all the rest in the payload screen don't even show up. I'm perhaps being stupid about messing with some stuff to get those to pop up. A couple of large laser guided anti-ship missles would do the job nicely!

Hi Guys, I know I'm way behind the general user level here, as I'm still getting proficient in the Su-25T instead of flying in a squadron or lusting over Black Shark. I only discoved LO:FC about six months ago, and have gotten quite capable in the A-10A. However, I figured that FC is really about the Su-25T, so I might as well take advantage of that. I've found this to be an extremely interesting and challenging aircraft. Right now I'm starting into the first Su-25T campaign (not the FC campaign- the one with the "environmentalists"). The second mission has you attacking two warships while being chased by two Su-25s. It's a good if tough mission in the sense of fighting the two lightly loaded Su-25s in a heavily laden Su-25T in poor vis at low level. After honing some split second reactions and getting used to maneuvering on instruments at the edge of an accelerated stall, I can shoot down the Su-25s. But the ships are another matter. With the light rockets loaded on the mission, I can unload a whole launcher worth into a ship with no apparent effect. The AAA is so intense that I usually loose an engine on any given pass, which sort of limits things to one pass! Any tactical tips that make sinking the ships with the S-8s possible?
