Can someone post a picture indicating the canopy reference points? I keep hearing about the "canopy bow" but I'm not sure what it refers to.

I'm trying to learn proper CCIP technique, but failing badly. I'm using the 82 30DB2 profile from the 76th vFS Battle Book. The best video I've found on the technique is a real world example: The main problem I have is understanding the approach to the target and visual clues before the attack itself. I can't seem to position myself properly. I have searched Youtube for an example of the above technique using DCS without success, and the other sources I've found are very difficult to follow. Any help would be appreciated.

Set an overhead markpoint. Set the steerpoint dial to the MARK position then press the MARK button.

Almost all of those are based on the training missions, so they're already available as TE's. :)

I tried selecting and deselecting, but the station, or stations, would continue white reversed. I had the puzzling situation where one station would be green, the other white, both using the same weapon type. I have a suspicion it's related to using the active pause. That's the only thing I can think of.

I meant to do that. Thanks for reminding me. A link to the zip should be available in the video description within the next 24 hours.

Added a video on Mk 82 LDGP and Mk 82 AIR. The station numbers I refer to changed during video production, hence I sometimes refer to them incorrectly. I'm still not sure what was going on with the reverse video colour. But that's another story.

I have tried Mk82 LDGPs, AIRs, and CBUs on station 7, paired with station 5, as single and triple mounts. But whatever I do the station is always in reverse white video, while station 5 highlights in green. All other stations work as expected. Master Arm is set to ARM. As a follow up, both stations 4 and 8 white until CCIP release, then immediately green.

That isn't it. I can only think of "Timer", but I don't think that's right. I realise that LD means Low Drag. There's also "N-NONE" listed, which doesn't seem to be affected by any of the settings.

With regard to Mk 82 Profile Control, I assume: T-FMU139LD 4.0 means the FMU139 Electronic Bomb Fuze, and 4.0 is the arming delay? What does the T stand for?

I'm glad you're finding them useful. :)

You're correct. The manual has them in the wrong order. Not easy to tell the difference with the HUD sizing.

Added a video on the GAU-8 and Litening TGP pod.

Thanks for your feedback. I always try to keep the procedures as close to being realistic as is possible and practical.

Added a video on ILS:

I'm not sure when I might reach that point, but it sounds like a good idea for a future video, Raging. ;)

Thanks for the suggestion. Links added to the first post.

I'm not clear on frequencies at Senaki - Kolkhi, because I think there may be an error with the chart, but I recall being handed off to the tower on approach. I'm sure delivery was mentioned, but that can't be Clearance Delivery.
-
What ATC options are currently available for a flight between Kobuleti and Senaki - Kolkhi? I'm aware of the startup request, permission to taxi, and take off, but I'm unclear on what options and frequencies might be available during departure and approach.

The videos will cover more advanced subjects as I progress through the process of learning the A10C and its systems. The next videos will cover navigation and VFR and IFR approaches and landing.

There will definitely be more A10C tutorials. :)
