- Partially RESOLVED
I had been using a DSR (Nvidia Dynamic Super resolution) Resolution, and when I changed it to the Native resolution, they kneeboard is now viewable. I suspect that the keyboard was placed off screen using the DSR frequency.
- VR Kneeboard still has the Battery texture however.
