I re did the mission and now everything is working fine.
I remember last night when I did mission 1 that at some point my Apache was not showing on the F10 Map anymore... I don't know if it's because I was hit by some ennemy fire during the mission but it's probably the reason I was not able to use the End mission at the end after landing.
For now problem solved!
