  1. The B/U power switch should be left on until you have shut the engines down. It is used for power in the ECU (Engine Control Unit) for the FADEC system. Once the Ng is above a certain level, it is not the primary source but there is no reason to turn it off. Anytime you release a load on any of the 3 hooks, they need to be reset. Therefore, OFF back to ARM is correct, each time. Happy flying.
