does not load past 61%, followed suggested guidelines, will load old version no problem, but hangs up on 2.5.

everything looks good until the load progress page shows status bar at bottom of page, gets to 61% and stops. I checked and did everything the troubleshooters saidup to and including separate steam and non steam downloads, thanks ,....Will
