Left panel toward the rear, ground arm safety switch (rear most red switch).
Lower left of main panel, throw the Gun/PAC Arm and Master arm switches.
From memory, and I’ve not used the A-10 for quite a while - so possibly may have it wrong!

Looks like the rocky terrain textures have become corrupt. Have you tried a repair?
