I also have observed strange behaviour from HARMS. Even at short range they will loft high and they don't seem as reliable as before.

 

 

HARMS seemed to be bugged now, They loft way up, lose energy and don't hit their targets most of the time. They also glitch and wobble in flight. Working on track files now to report the bug. Didn't see anything in the release notes indicating changes to the HARMS

[AGM-65G IRMV fails to uncage, with TPOD.]

I am using IR mav with tpod all the time. Acquire target 30 nm out. Around 10-12 nm, uncage ir mav. Sensor selector to ir mav. This brings the ir mav seeker to tpod target. Around 7.5 nm, tdc action btn will lock target. Works well.

[Tpod point track]

The only one I had success using it, like tracking a moving tank, is after I uncaged the mavs. Then the tpod will switch to point and track the tank. It all happens automatically with uncaging the mavs.

 

Probably not the way it’s supposed to work but it works for now.
