Lockmaster's post in INS switching from NAV to ATT mode was marked as the answer
I'm an idiot, went back in to adjust controls , and low and behold, I some how set the ATT button on one of the Winwing FA18 Hud switches that was turned on. I guess I did it anyway, unless the Winwing software did.
