Thanks for the response. I moved the mods to the Saved Games folder as directed but got the exact same result. I note, however, that the ED mods contain a file called "dcs_manifest.x86_64" but the mods that fail to load do not. Is that something that should have been included with the 3rd party mods?

I am new to DCS. I have extensive experience with FSX/P3D but desire branch out into combat aviation. I am a retired Naval Aviator flying FA-18s for 30+ years. To the problem. I have downloaded several missions for the P-51D from the DCS site. I have also downloaded and installed into the Mods folder those additional mods required for each mission. Upon loading the mission I am presented with a notice that Module "XXX" is required for the mission. However, module "XXX" is in the Mods folder and shows installed and active in the Module Manager. Obviously, being new to the interface, I am doing something wrong. I just don't know what.
