Ok, I don't to change the subjuct but, how well do these games run, do they take a really powerful computer to look good? I have a Q6600 OCed to 3Ghz, using stock cooling EVGA 780i Mobo EVGA 8800GTS 640MB, not OCed at the moment, but can be if needed 2GB basic Corsair RAM, 800Mhz I think 150GB Raptor HD 500W Antec PSU Would the games yall mentioned run great on this, or do I need to beef it up in some way? Do any of these games have playable demo's I could try so I could see how well my computer performs before I buy the game? Also what is the latest up to date versions of IL2 and BoB, they have a few different version, its kind of confusing? Thanks Mat

well I was wondering about that, is it better/easier to have one big monitor, or a 3-4 smaller monitors? I've heard it was hard to set up multiple monitors in Flight sim X, is it just as hard in lock on/DCS?

My uncle wants me to build him a computer for a flight simulator, he didn't specify as to which simulator, but he said he wanted to fly combat planes. any way, instead of building a new computer from scratch, I was just going to sell him mine. My computer specs are: Q6600 OCed to 3Ghz, using stock cooling EVGA 780i Mobo EVGA 8800GTS 640MB, not OCed at the moment, but can be if needed 2GB basic Corsair RAM, 800Mhz I think 150GB Raptor HD 500W Antec PSU I have a complete water cooling system I have been meaning to put on, but have gotten around to installing it the case is an old antec tower that I've used for about 3 or 4 computer's Sony dvd burner, burned out , but still reads dvds. 32-bit XP SP2 Should this play lock on or DCS on the highest setting with a playable FPS? I know nothing about flight simulators so any info would be great, also FYI they really don't interest me much, I'm in to space simulators like X3 which is similar, and FPS's, like BF2142, hope I don't hurt anyone's feelings.
