Having the same problem. No matter what dive angle, speed or map, I cannot get the bomb cross to come into view. Update: Ok I figured it out. I just wasn't going fast enough. Now I'm hitting my targets! -

That does fix it. I created a new Windows profile and restored my DCS-Saved games folder. After that, I couldn't log in and it wouldn't allow me to enter my login info even after doing a repair. Simply going into the DCS start page and logging out allowed me to re-enter my login info and it was fixed!
