    Thanks for your reply but it doesn't auto detect SteamVR. Maybe it is caused by my custom installation path of Steam. If i select C:\Spiele\Steam\steamapps\common\SteamVR\bin\win64. The App doesn't recognize it.

    Hi Multiplayer team,

     

    I  don't know if this was ask before. Is there a possibility to tag every Mission with a Name or an Id. So I can communicate on SRS or chat which Mission I go for.

     

    On more than one occasion I went for a Mission and flew a couple of km´s only to see another Heli pick up the same Mission.

    Other than that, your Servers are great fun to fly on. Keep up the great work.

    Hello,

     

    I really like that little App, but I have some trouble with it.

     

    First one. My PC is an Windows 10 with German language pack . So WAIFU read the ATIS with a German language. Not very nice 🙂

    Does anyone knows how to force WAIFU to use the English text-to-speech. Language-Pack is already installed.

    I changed in Windows-Settings-Speech -> to English and the default Voice to an English one (Hazel). I changed the preferred language to English in my default Browser as well. No luck. ATIS is reading with the standard German Voice (Hedda). Probably it would work if I switch my hole Windows to English. But that would result in problems with the German Keyboard and our ö ä ü . So I would prefer to just switch the speech some how. Best solution in my opinion would be, the speech is selectable by the app itself.

     

    Secondly, I have no Kneeboard output. I thought if my PC cant read it, so I can understand it. I read it by my self. Unfortunately not. I am using VR. That means to read the ATIS, I have to lift my Googles more than I would wish for.

     

    ..and lastly, a little suggestion. I would be nice to have some key-binds for start and stop. For the same VR-reasons -> lift-googles-less

    NAbend zusammen, einmal aus dem englischen Forum, scheint zu helfen:

     

     

    Open CMD prompt (assuming you did a default install)

     

    copy and paste or type:

    cd C:/Program Files/Eagle Dynamics/DCS World OpenBeta/bin

     

    Then type or copy and paste:

     

    DCS_Updater.exe install F-16C

    Was ich meine ist eher "die Currywurstbude wo sich alle Biker der Umgebung treffen". Nicht gleich ein Server NUR für Helis. Ohne Fußfolk wird das ja langweilig :)

    Hätte ja sein können das sich im Laufe der Zeit der eine oder andere Server sich dafür rausgebildet hat. Wenn nicht , schade.

    @Joker84 Danke, ich bin mir nicht sicher ob das Geschwader-Ding was für mich ist :)

    ...das Foto kommt tatsächlich doch erst wenn eine Anleitung verfügbar ist was man mit den Dateien anstellen muss?! Mir ist gerade nicht klar was ich wo einstellen muss....könnte aber auch am fortgeschrittenen Rotwein-Konsum liegen?

    Hi Guys,

     

    i have some trouble with SRS. I cant get any Audio out of it.

     

    Whoop Whoop!

    Got it fixed. With help from a friend of mine. He just put his mike in to input 1 and it works :) So i changed my input from 2 to 1 and...ta da. It works for me too.

     

    So:

     

    Dear Audiointerface-User: If your Interface have more than one input. Make sure you use input 1 to use SRS

    Hi Guys,

     

    i have some trouble with SRS. I cant get any Audio out of it.

    Nothing happens by klicking the "audio preview" button. If i connect to a server i hear nobody and probably nobody hears me.

     

    Beside of the Audio it works fine. Connection to a server works. Overlay in DCS works fine (in VR too). Switching Radios and Channels works.

    So far i have done the troubleshoot-post.

    clientlog looks fine for me:

    clientlog.txt

     

    I think it has to do with my Audiointerface. Its a Zoom UAC-2 and a AKG HSC 271 Headset connected to it. Not that regular Soundcard but Teamspeak and Discord runs fine with this combination. But i had trouble with a game once, where i had to change the sampling rate from 48000Hz down to 44100Hz to get sound out of it.... ckecked it with SRS. Won't work either.

     

    Now i ran out of ideas and any help is appreciated.

    Try Water on/ off

     

    Water off: Plane stops with throttle all the way back

    Water on: it gain speed anyway and you have to brake…

     

    I use it to taxi all the time (HOTAS-Button bind for Water on/off)
