  1. There is a bug (on my system at least) where using a Logitech G15 keyboard causes the game to crash. Look into this problem and see what you can do, please. Now, back to blowing stuff up!
  2. I LOVE YOU ACEDY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I swear, if you were sitting next to me right now, I'd hug you. I learned my problem was my G15. All I need to do now is just switch out my keyboards whenever I want to play. Not too much to ask for for this game.
  3. I changed my input devices and reinstalled\downgraded my drivers (I don't remember, but I don't really care). It worked. Now I'll try with my normal input devices, and I'll get back to you.
  4. Also, I found in the error message there is a part that says, "AppName: dcs.exe AppVer: 1.0.0.0 ModName: dinput8.dll ModVer: 5.3.2600.2180 Offset: 00015738" Can anyone tell me what it means?
  5. I tried a reinstall and it still doesn't work. Please help me!
  6. Sorry. I'm running XP 32-bit
  7. Here are my specs: Q6600 9800 GTX 2 GB RAM I'll search for X52 problems also.
  8. This isn't a normal crash. Whenever I try to start a game, a few seconds into the loading screen I get a message saying "DCS.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close." There is no .crash file generated. If it helps, I just installed the game. And looking to see if anyone else has this problem, I noticed a lot of people say that the G15 keyboard, Microsoft Sidewinder mouse, and Saitek X52 joystick cause problems with the game. I am using all three of those.
  9. It was like Christmas all over again :)
  10. I agree. I really didn't care much about sims anymore, but when I first heard about DCS: Black Shark, I drooled over it. I jumped at my first chance to buy a boxed version (don't have good enough internet for download). I would have it by now (on Friday, to be precise), but Amazon messed up my order so it won't be here until tomorrow.
