Are you sure your power supply is good enough to feed your hungry grafix card ? This may cause your reboots as the PS voltages decrease below working limits on other lines for other parts of your PC.

 

Just guessing....

Thermaltake VM2000A with Coolergiant 600W PSU

Athlon 64 3200+ Zalman Cooler CNPS7700

DFI Lanparty nF4 Ultra-D

MSI Geforce6 GT 256Mb PCIex

2x 512 DDR400 Ram

 

I got this system 2 weeks back, still tweaking,, Lockon started the rebooting process, or it might be a coincedent. since then Im suffering from those reboots sometimes even while surfing internet (!)
