  1. Ok cool. I asked around on the ED discord and seemingly DCS tends to look afteritself pretty well. I'm going to try and change my order.... Thanks so much for the advice man!
  2. Oh I see that makes perfect sense thank you! I don't use MS gamebar. So the big question I face is: Do I cancel very quickly the 9950X I've ordered and grab the 9950X3D?
  3. Thanks for the reply, I don't what game bar or CCD is though. I have no idea how I'd know how to make DCS use the right 3dvcache.... I've never gone down that particular rebbit hole..
  4. Hi I've just ordered a 9950X Ryzen 9 for DCS I've seen mixed reports about X3D causing problems. I Currently have a Ryzen 7 5000 series so either will be a big boost. but that's not the issue. It's which of these will be the best as the price difference isn't enough to stop either. Info welcome thanks!
  5. Indeed Bull, but the activity on this thread and the views it's had should probably show them there's an issue!
  6. I think this is now fiixed in today's update.
  7. The one where in multplayer you put your gear up but for everyone outside it's still down. If it's just visual that's fine but if not and the gear is down when it says it's up would induce drag causing the aircraft to not fly as fast. There's a thread on it in this forum.
  8. rgr. Also do you think the gear bug could be a factor?
  9. We've found this problem too. I wondered if the gear is actually up or down? If it's shown as up but is in fact down could that be causing drag problems?
  10. Every time I tried putting the mixture to rich the engine just cut out. on the ground and in the air.
  11. Cool I shall give it a try! Thanks!
  12. Yeah. tbh I never got into what it was. I can't bind that prop lever to anything anyway, but maybe it does if you turn into a slider. I've got some sliders on one of my peripherals that i use in the Hornet and use for Prop levers in the Mosquito.
  13. Thanks for the engagement chaps it's all very useful, and goes to show the huge discrepancies going on with this aircraft. The slider thing for the prop lever is interesting and I will certainly give it a go! And yes mentioning heights these are being tested at would be useful I think.
  14. I think we were in trim yeah, tricky though that is.
