ATI Driver 8.12 with AI disabled has done the trick. Thaks everyone.

Reinstalled the ATI drivers. It worked but when I reboot I am back to the same problem. This is getting to be a serious concern as I am actually reviewing the simulation for NAG Magazine

:cry: I was able to launch and register the online simulation but DCS Shark crashes on launch without getting to the registration dialog.
