Firstly thanks for getting a manual printed at all. It is a shame that the days of Falcon 4.0 style packaging and manuals has vanished (I am lucky enough to have the special edition version of F4 ).
I would certainly be willing to pay extra for a colour manual. I have had a pre-order for the printed (black and white) manual for weeks.
On another note has anyone ever thought about self publishing?

This would allow everyone to decide on their own spend and requirements i.e. colour/black and white, paper/hardback and additionally saves on the capital expenditure for a print run.

I have a copy of this ArmA guide and I am very happy with the result. Yes it was a more expensive option, but I made the choice.
EDIT: I just checked the latest pricing for this guide and the prices have gone up considerably so in hindsight this might not be such a good suggestion, I will leave the post as is anyway as it may be of interest.
Just a thought,
Mark
