There have been many times in multiplayer when I am on approach, and an aircraft has spawned on CAT 3, when CAT 4 is unoccupied - hence needlessly blocking the carrier.
I understand the need to have aircraft spawn on the CATs, as there is limited space on the carrier deck. I would suggest two possible modifications.
1) Make CAT 3 the "only if necessary" spawn point. Only when all of the other CATs are occupied should an aircraft spawn on CAT 3.
2) Remove CAT 3 as a spawn point altogether.
Would appreciate feedback on this suggestion.
